Things to know when registering for a Crop:

Seats are limited, this is due to table space. We like everyone to have enough space to be comfortable for the day. This is usually a minimum of 6 feet. While we don't mind table sharing we prefer to provide everyone with their own space.
Registration deadlines are a must. To ensure we have table space and enough food when provided and that everything is signed up for the potlucks. We will begin a wait list and contact you if there is any cancellations. See note about email below.
Cancellations have to be done at least 48 hours in advance or you will forfeit your fee. This is to ensure that anyone who is waiting for a spot to open will have the opportunity to get that spot. We do understand emergencies happen, however cancelling at the last minute repeatedly will result in your fee being forfeited. If you cancel within the proper time frame your fee will be rolled to the next month at that location.
When registering please use an email address that you check regularly and if needed add us to your "safe list" also check your spam folder for emails especially the week prior to an event.
When registering for a friend please leave their name in the comments section.
If you are coming with friends, please leave their names in the comment section so we can seat you together.

Most importantly the day is meant to be fun! I understand that the crafting community is a small one and not everyone gets along, however we are all ladies and everyone is expected to behave as such. We also reserve the right to not allow you to register for any more events if you are disruptive to the group.

No REFUNDS WILL EVER BE GIVEN ON CROPS WHEN YOU NO SHOW.

ALL CROP CREDITS WILL NEED TO BE USED BY THE END OF OUR CROP YEAR- OCTOBER. WE WILL BE MAKING CHANGES TO HOW WE DO CROP CREDITS IN THE 2020 SEASON.
